User Experience Design

UX design is all about a great user experience for your site. That’s how we make sure visitors find their way to conversion as smoothly as possible.

Eyes on the road.

Internet traffic really isn’t that different from regular traffic, with roads full of bends, junctions, and road signs. Just like on the road, you want it to be clear which route to take, and you’re definitely not waiting for traffic jams or broken roads. And you want the road to look sharp too, with clear lanes and good lighting.

What we do

UX design is all about how visitors experience your site. Can they easily find their way through the different pages on your website? The main goal of UX design: making sure visitors don’t have to think to find what they’re looking for.

UX design is step 3 in a web design process, but it’s also an important part of conversion rate optimisation (CRO).

Wireframes

In most cases, our design starts with wireframes. These are functional sketches of the website, showing where everything should go. They’re the skeleton of your website: they define the page structure and the best place for your call-to-actions.

Testing and redesigning

After launch, a site is often not finished yet. In our Marketing as a Service contract, there’s often a CRO module included. With that, we run A/B tests repeatedly to check if everything works properly and fix the website’s pain points. The focus is always on how users convert.

Mobile & desktop design

While creating the design, we always keep both desktop and mobile in mind. That way, we make sure your design looks great on every device.
